Chili Lime Chicken (2 servings)





Ingredients

2 chicken breast cutlets
1/4 C. lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
1/4 tsp. tarragon

How To Make It:

Place the chicken in a ziploc bag. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour into the bag with the chicken. Place in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Remove and grill over med. high heat for 4-6 minutes per side (depends on the thickness of your chicken) or bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, or until an internal temp. of 160 degrees.
