Summer Tuna Salad






Ingredients

5 oz. can solid white tuna, drained
2 hard boiled eggs, shelled and chopped
1 green onion, chopped
2 T. mayo
1 T. finely chopped dill pickle
1 tsp. dijan mustard
1/8 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste
sliced tomatoes
toasted bread

How To Make It:

In a bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients, season to taste with the salt and pepper. Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes before serving.
