Ingredients
2 1/2 - 3 lb. top round roast
my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1 1/2 C. beef broth
1 small pkg. brown gravy mix
1 bay leaf
potatoes, carrots, celery, onions
How To Make It:

How To Make It:
Place the roast in the crock pot and season well with the house seasoning. Sprinkle the rosemary on top of the roast. Place the veggies you are using around the roast. Whisk together the beef broth and gravy mix. Pour this around the roast. Add the bay leaf, cover and cook on low for 8 1/2 hours.
