Crock Pot Top Round Beef Roast






Ingredients

2 lb. top round roast
2 T. olive oil
2 T. worcestershire sauce
1 T. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 heaping T. prepared horseradish
1 T. my all purpose seasoning...
(2 T. smoke paprika, 1 T. brown sugar, 1 T. salt, 1 T. Adobo seasoning, 1 tsp. pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)

How To Make iT:

Place the roast in a ziploc bag. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the roast. Allow to marinate overnight. Place the roast in the crock pot and pour the leftover marinade from the bag over the roast. Add in veggies of your choice, cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Note: there is no additional liquid added to the crock pot.
