No-Sugar Cookies



Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. orange peel, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg

Directions:

In large bowl, with wooden spoon, stir all ingredients together.
Drop by Tbsp. onto greased cookie sheet, 2” apart.
Bake at 375* about 20 minutes.
