Ingredients:
2 navel oranges
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup Very Cherre Tart Cherry Juice
Directions:
Peel and section oranges.
In a sauce pan combine water and granulated sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil stirring constantly.
Add Very Cherre Tart Cherry Juice and bring the mixture back to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer until the mixture is the consistency of syrup. Cool slightly.
In a small shallow bowl combine cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
Dip the orange sections into the cherry syrup about 2/3 up the section. Then dredge the dipped sections in the cocoa powder mixture.
