Ingredients:
500g flour
100g fat
100g butter
1egg
pinch of salt
1/2 cube if yeast
100ml milk
For filling:
jam
200g ground walnuts
100g sugar
2 vanilla sugar
Glaze:
100g chocolate for cooking
4 spoon if oil
Directions:
Put in one bowl butter and fat and unite it. Then add an egg. In another bowl melt yeast in milk and add it in bowl with butter. Add flour with a pinch of salt. Knead smooth dough and split it into four equal parts. Each part stretch to the size of the pan. Put first layer in backing pan, daub with 2-3 spoon of jam, then pit grund walnuts all around the layer, then put mixture of sugar and vanilla sugar over the whole layer. Procedure repeat for two times. Finally, put over four layer, drill with the fork and bake cookie for 30 minutes on 180C/356F degrees. When the cake has baked overflow with melted chocolate.
