Hash Brown and Bacon Breakfast Pie






Ingredients

8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 C. thawed shredded hash browns
1 green onion, chopped
5 large eggs
1/2 C. milk
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
1 1/2 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make It:

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Stir in the onions, hash browns, bacon and 1 C. of cheese. Pour into a 9" pie plate that has been lightly buttered. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove and top with remaining cheese. Return to the oven for 5-6 minutes to melt.
