Crock Pot Pork Chops and Tators






Ingredients

2 large potatoes, washed and sliced 1/2" thick
3-4 bone in pork chops
10.5 oz. can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 soup can half and half (using the empty soup can to measure)
1 oz. pkt. of dry ranch salad dressing mix
1 1/2 T. butter

How To Make It:

Whisk together the soup, half and half and ranch mix. Spray your crock pot with a little cooking spray and lay the potato slices in the bottom. Pour half of the soup mixture over the potatoes and spread around. Lay the pork chops on top of the potatoes and spread the remaining soup mixture over the pork chops. Dot each chop with a little pat of butter. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
