STICKY CHOCOLATE & DATE PUDDING

You will need: for PUDDING
2 eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons coccoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup of oil
200g dates
Ready those forearms and let’s get going crack your eggs and beat in the sugar getting that soft creamy texture. We got to get them pale in colour and by the time your done you will have worked off enough to enjoy yourself without the guilt of the sugar load to come. Or you can use your electric beater and enjoy it either way. The choices are endless. Add in your cocoa and baking powder and combine everything then toss in your flour, oil, water and dates. Mix everything through and pour the batter in a well greased tin baking it at 180°c for 10 to 15 minutes.
The Sauce:
1 cup of sugar
100mls cream
100g of dark chocolate
While that awesome pudding rises in the oven melt your sugar in a pan till it gets nice and brown. Add your cream and keep stirring. Add your chocolate and after a few minutes you get a creamy caramelly-chocolatey pan of pure goodness.
Once your pudding is baked pour your sauce over it and bake it for another 10 minutes.
